Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, and began in the year 2007. He serves as a director of pastoral care in the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is committed to educating future generations of biblical counselors. He serves on the director's board for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of several online pieces and is the author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Transforming Lives through God's Ever-changing The Truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne and wife Leslie have three kids.
