Molly Tarlov is an American actor best known for her role in the recurring character Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama show Awkward in 2011, which she has been on since 2011. Tarlov was raised within Manhattan, New York, as one of the two daughters. As a 10-year-old, Tarlov played the role of Mrs. Peterson as part of an Little Red School House production of Bye Bye Birdie. This was greatly praised by a crowd that included seven-year-olds. Her summers were spent studying at NYU Tisch and the Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety of styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company also helped her to become a professional and she was able to incorporate writing in to her performances during the LAByrinth Theater Masters Course. Molly changed her jacket for a pair of sunglasses, before heading to Los Angeles. Her quick rise to fame was when she landed a three word role on iCarly that attracted a lot of attention from her parents. Molly has been on a variety of TV shows and has created Caitlin to play Winnie Holzman and Savannah Dooley in ABC Family's Huge. Molly likes to make up stories she's a pro at basketball, even though this isn't the case. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
